Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, the software licenses and services included will be provided throughout its term, while the account remains in good standing. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged each cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't wish to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Termination by Customer
You may cancel this agreement at any time through our website or by submitting a written notice to info@topbusinesspr.com. Refunds will be provided if a cancellation is requested during the first 72 hours of the Schedule Term. You acknowledge and agree that upon termination Top Business Solutions may immediately delete all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to the services upon termination.

Termination by Top Business Solutions
Top Business Solutions reserves the right to cease providing the services for any reason at any time and instead refund the fees paid for the applicable services for the time period, if any, after termination of the services. If you breach the terms or customer responsibilities the contract will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
Other than providing a refund when we terminate for our convenience, Top Business Solutions will not be liable to you or any third-party for termination of the services for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that upon termination Top Business Solutions may immediately delete all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to the services upon termination.
